Default Curb rash repair/repaint stock rims log (within a year)

Haha^^^

Fail

Curb*

Hey all I just wanted to post up a thread for my future road rash fix/repaint for my stock rims...

Here are a couple shots of body color and some rim shots... I will say now that I will not swap rims at this point and time... In the future I will eventually do a winter/summer setup and have better rims for summer use...

Stock color is Alabaster Silver Metallic (NH-700M)

I'm looking more towards a dark gray/gunmetal and if I could match this that would be perfect:

Polished Metal Metallic (NH-737M)

Nope. Too long, did not read.

I still stand behind my prior statement. What it will cost to properly paint your wheels, unless you work at an auto body shop, you're better off buying something budget oriented and new.
I'm a wheel nerd. I'd rather see someone spend A few extra bucks to get some new wheels instead of trying to breathe new life into the stock wheels.

Heck, go buy a few cans of the bbq flat black paint and go nuts. Isn't that what everyone is doing these days?

^^^I like this guy!

Powdercoat is definitely a good option. For your size, and depending on what you want to. Do, it'll probably be ~$60-$80 a corner. Plus mount, dismount, and balance.
