Are you still in need of a website? I may have a friend who could help. Too bad (based on your sig) you don't carry anything I need or I would probably have came to you when I was looking for stuff... Now aside from highs and woodworking I really am not lacking anything.

We have a leasing program but might as well call it a reimbursement program.

Customers pay in full and only get reimbursed a said amount in the contract once everything is fulfilled upon return.
IE- returned within time period, nothing missing, damaged, etc..

This way it allows the customer to be more careful with equipment they have and will receive money back once returned properly.

The money they lost on the "lease" goes towards future payment of any brand new item they wish to purchase as well.

That way they do not feel as if they just lost the investment.

If we were selling what you were selling, subs, amps, etc.. You may have to charge more upfront than what it costs normal initially if using this method.

That way the customer still gets reimbursed a great amount without them complaining about it, you can still resell used equipment effectively and that customer can also use what they spent on a future purchase to compensate for that product being sold used then selling a new product at a discount(not really since it would be going to the customer who "leased" it).

We first started "leasing" and nobody has complained about our method. It returned to the customer what they wanted the most and that was experience.

Do it with subs\amps, etc and you can start a new approach at marketing.

Although, based on the brands you carry, YOU will have to make and control your OWN warranty service as these brands surely won't like leasing their products with carry-over warranty coverage.

We manifested our own in-house warranty coverage a long time ago and can service our own equipment and with the new brands we have coming soon, we are outsourcing help to cover those brands without the help of the brand so customer service is controlled directly by the Seller. No middleman run-arounds.

Don't worry, we are not in direct competition with each other.
