I can make it with Specifications on what area you are working with.

It would probably be a big Price... $20 MDF, $60 shipping, $30 self-profit...

You could make a box for $20, get a POS box from Circuit City for $70, or give me $110 to make something worth it.

yah haha i know how much people profit, i will probbly take you up on that once i get my new job (hopefully next week)


Yah the MDF is 20 bucks here for a big sheet too. I have tried to make a box but the MDF is so damn hard to not split for me when i drill screws thru, i need someone who knows what there doing lol.

i got 2 12-inch slot ported boxes tuned to 30hz. there 2.0 ft each. smaller then ur request and tuned highbt for spl but they just take up space. bad part is shipping would kick your ass. if yoyu want pictures feel free to let me know

you wont split the wood if you pre drill your holes....commen sense

I predrill and if I over-tighten, I get massive splits... Glue is nice.

you don't need to overtighten your screws. also, you shouldn't screw within 5 inches of each screw as that will lead to splits. glue > screws.
